Questions of the examinations to be passed by certain successful candidates at the open competition for the Indian Civil Service in 1914, who are temporary attached to Territorial Battalions in India, in lieu of the usual final examination, before they are permitted to sign their covenants and take up their appointments in the Indian Civil Service.
