Grant to the Director of Public Instruction, United Provinces, of travelling allowance for the journey between Naini Tal and Agra. Grant of general authority to the local Government to grant travelling allowance to heads of departments and other officers who are permitted to reside at Naini Tal during the hot weather when visiting places in the plains under orders of Government.
