Grant of deputation allowance, at the rate of Rs.2-8 per day, to the two Sub-Inspectors of the Bengal Police who accompanied Mr. E. R. Henry, Inspector-General of Police, Bengal, to Allahabad to assist in instructing the N. W. Provinces Police officers in the system of finger-print classification.
