His Britanic Majestys Consul-General Kashgar informed that the Kashger Mission accounts having been closed on the 31st October 1920 the unexpended balance of Rs. 4700/- sanctioned in June 1920 has lapsed to Goverment and can not therefore be carried forward for inclusion in the budget for 1921-1922 and that he should apply in the usual way towards the end of the year for an additional grant for combating the Bolshevik propagande in case the regular grant of Rs. 6,000 for Secret Service is found to be insufficient.
