Substitution of the terms `` duty allowance`` and ``Local allowance,`` respectively, for the terms `` remunerative local allowance`` and ``compensatory local allowance.`` Decision that temporary rates of pay granted in consideration of increased work and responsibility in lieu of substantive pay plus deputation (duty) allowance should count for leave allowance and pension.
