Acceptance of the Military Contingent of the Nepal Darbar after service in India during the continuance at the War and their location at Dehradun and Allahabad . Decision that whilst emloyed in India the Contingent will remain subject to the jurisdiction of their own officers in respect of Military offences and as regards civil offences subject to the jurisdiction of the ordinary Courts but in the case of conviction of an offince and of sentence to punishment at than five, it should be optional for the Nepal Durbar to require the return to Nepal of the individual so convicted.
