Promulgation of the hostile foreigners order and the issue of notifications under the Enemy trading Act 1915, requiring the payment to custodians appointed under that act of cay sum of money in excess of Rs. 1500 to the credit of a repatriated foreigners also prohibiting a repatriated forigners from taking out of India any sum at money in excess of Rs.1500 .
