In repetition of his letter of the 26th September last, which has not yet been replied offers observations with reference to the Courts Orders relative to his house rent and requests to be inofrmed whether in accordance wiht the Courts instructions alluded to the govt. will permit him to draw Sentage as an item of of his Militry pay & allowances.
