Proposal to include in the Indian Civil Service cadre of the Central Provinces, the post of Secretary to the Governor to be created on the introduction of Part III of the Government of India Act, 1935, and to grant to the incumbent thereof a special pay of Rs. 250 per mensem. Question whether the post of Secretary to the Governor should be included in the strength of the Indian Civil Service in the various provinces.
