With reference for to a letter of the 22nd Nov. 1843 submits bills for consatruction a filed work to contain 2 companie of the assam light infantry and for making alteration to the sepoys Barraks inside the filed work at Ningro amonting in the arrengment to Rs 3746 with their recommendation that they may be passed observation.
