In reply to No.13 of 2nd ultimo repots that the attenmtion of the Major Genl. and Brigade Commanding at Umballa, has been called to the extent of the limits of that cantonment, but that the Commander in Chief will defewr sumitting his veiw on the subject oif reducing those limits until after his visit to that station
