In reply to a lr. of the 23rd Augt. reports that the bills for arrears of pay due to the late Brevet Captn.Parker, of the 1st European Lt. Infy. referred to by Major Birrell of that corps had been duly audited & despathed adverts to a similar reference having been uncessarily made by the same officer.
