With refer. to the G.A. no. 199 of the date transmitting pointed certificate of him out pensions of Chelsen hospital permitted to reside in Bengal for the purpose of being delivered to the individual in question also forwarding with advetence to the 2nd para of the above G.G. 3 certificste of the men there in named who have bene permitted to reside at Calcuta.
