Reports that commasary geral Leoffin in china has forwarded to the accountant genral at this presidency statments of advanced made by him to the madras troops in that country on accout of pay and allowunced and has stated that similar advanced will be made by him until he recivers directi8on to the cantrary states the order issued by that govt. on the subject and request to be information what charges are to be delited to the crown an acount of the madra detachment in china in order that the amounts ofter being aulited and paped may be delited to that head accordingly.
