Annexing for information a letter from the Adjtt. genl. of the army with a requst that the leter Govr. N.W.P. may cause the servies of soldiers, for civil or other employment, to be furure made when the ocuasion is not emergent through the Adjtt. Genl. office to the commamder in chief instead of Direct to office commanding stations.
