With reference to a letter of the 26th of April last. intimating that Govt had authorized the employment of a certain number of pensions on the works which are now in course of execution with in the cantoment at Bareilly in view to the improvement of the Drainage and salulerity of that station transmits copy correspondence received from major Genl Waters commg in Rohilcund .
