Submits sundry pay abstracts of the BUndelcund Legion for may 1840 states that the above cvharges have been made to correspond with the estabt. and rates of pay laid down in a lr. of the 19th Augt.1839, the excess being disallowed for explanation & authority but as no master rolls have been furnished.
