Transmits the proceedings of the 1/2 yearly committee assembled at Cawnpore on the 7th Instt to report on the state of the Abkaree Dept. in conformity with G.O dated 8th Octr 1819 & solicits attention to the remark of the Comee that the remark of the Comee that the present estabt. is insufficient to regulate and enforce the system and that Drunkenness has not deceased in the cantonment.
