Transmit for consideration and orders copy of a letter from the Officers Commanding the Dinapore Division with its annexemnts, relative to a retrenchments of the staff allowances as comandant of the Darjeeling cavy. Depot claimed by Captain R.T.Sayers, H.M. 80th Regt. and intimates that it appears to the Comander in cheif, that Captain Sayors should be allowed the staff salry attached to teh command of the Depot.
