With refec. to a lr. of the 11th July 1836 sanctioning the grant of 7567 rs. to defray the expenses of sir H Fane's journey to Allahabad on his toru of Inspection in lieu of all bats hereto fore allowed for that purpse submits the requiests of th ecommander in chief that the same allowances may be granted to him on his proceeding to the upper provinces on special duty.
