With reference to a letter of the 28th ultimo submits for considn and orders an indent for 44 tashes required for the khelate ghilzie regt of N. I. and requests to be informed if the above corps is to be considered a regt of the line othewise the indent is in admissiable under the provision of the clothin regt.
