Containing extract of a lr. of the Envoyand and Minister at Cabool, relative to Dr.Griffiths and Captn.Drummond Obeing called upon for the some report of their proceedings in regard to scinentific investigation in Affghanistan, and stating that their further detention in that country is considered unnecessary for information and such orders as may be necessary.
