Transmitting copy despatch from the secy to the lieutt. govr. N W provinces and of the reply thereto stating that govt. have been much gratified by the satispactory results therein reported of the new management of the cownpor cantonment abkary adn suggesting the expediency of extending this plan of abkary adminstration to other contonemnts in the north to estern provinces .
