Transmitting copy of a letter from Lt Genl sir H Gough and stating thta instruction will be immediating given for the payment partion of his allowance which have only have been drawn up to 30th Novr last and submitting for the consideration and ordres of the Govr Genl as to what of allowance sir H Gough may be entitled to under existing circunstances.
