Ordered that the indents alluded to be sent back to the foreign Departments with the view to their being returned to the Board of administration with intimation that no special authority is necessary for the supply of articles allowed by the regulations and that the made of proceeding to obtain the quilts is laid down in G.O.C.C dated 4th July 1809 code 1845 page 988.
