With reference to the Court of Drs. requestion that the accounts of the late Capt G Nugent 6th Native Infantry and C D should be adjusted wihout delay intimating tht the acctt. mily Depat. has reported that 6 months donation Batta for the Afganistan compaign is due to estate, for which he was requested to present a bill which if passed by the audit dept. should be held in deposit on accounbt of the Estate and that under the circumstances should the time that has classed be the only bar to passing the bill the P in B will waive that objection the bill is returned.
