In reply to mily Department letter no 840 of the 28th june 1856 states that the Burma donations batta for michael collins has been passed in the assistant of the 3rd Co 5th battalion a but in consequence of the non receipts of the acquittance Rolls he is unable to report of the amount the requests has been called for which when received will be duly submitted to Govt.
