In reply to no. 10,157 of the 4th Inst. requesting their Board will Call for estimates for the alterations necessary in the Building and at Dinapore as Refered to by the Superintending Engineer Lower Provinces & submit the same to Govt. iwth a Committee report in order that the President in Council may be enable to Judge of the experience of sanctioning the proposal work.
