Submits copy letter from the Supt grand trunk Road and of its enclosure from captain Knyvett Ex officers 2nd division G S Road reltive to the extensive nature of the works in that Division to which repars are required annually and the import works in progress and tobe excuted and strongly recommending its being raised to a 1st class.
