With refer. to Genl. order no 241 of the 13th April 1851 the service Lt. H Mexwell op the Arty. being no longer required by the Govt. of Bengal that oficer by the Govt, of Bangal that officer is plaeed at the disposal of His execilave being relaived from the Servey duries out which he has been emplyed.
