At the request of Lieutt. coll Mactier and agreeably to orders of the 11th august 1849 the Board submit copies of their minutes on a certain document signed by the jemindars and Talookdars of Pergunah Mynah, Zillah Midnapore, petitioning against the alteraton of Liutt Coll Sages rates returned by order of the Majority of the Board for submission to the collector with referecne .
