In reply of the 15th March ith reference to G O P C of the 18th Jany lat, report that theycaused the necessary instruction to be issue to the Army Clothing Agent ist division that with the sanction of the C in C the clothing of the 2nd European Bengal Fusilirs for 1849 , should be prepared of the fusilier pattern and pending the receipt of the worsted fringe.
