In reply to an Extt. of the 22nd Feby. transmits, for information copy of the letter addressed to the Secretary to Govt. N.W. Provinces, requesting the issue of the necessary orders, under the provisions of Act. VIII of 1844, for the release of Kaim, Khan & Tulloon Khan, Sepoys of the Hurrianah Light Infy. Battn. who are now Province in the Hssar Jail.
