With refrence to his Letters Nos 3957 and 4142 of the 26th feb and 17th march last intimating that on a further inquiry it appears that Lt. Robertson of the 31st Foot was furnished early in 1846 with a boat of 600 which was sunk on the 30th march 1846 near a village called Nobytpore while proceeding down the river when he was obliged.
