Stating that if the Estate of the late Ensign farwell proucmsolvent their Committee should pay to the servants only so much as may be owing to them for two month inmmdiately proceeding their master dunise or for the period during which his own pay and allowances may have been in arrearns but if perfectly solvent the servent claim may be liqulidated in full .
