In reply to letter of the 28th December last, desiring that the Conduct of Captain R.F. Macvitie of the invalid Establishment, may be inquired into be a Mily. trribanal states that as no furhter complaint against that Officer has been received and as Mrs. Macvitie is dead, the Commander in Chief does not consider it Expedient now to bring her husband to Trial.
