With refrence to a letter of the 31st Jany. last, intimates that the Governor General is of opnion that the Rules for feeding and Clothin Mily Presoner should, as far as possible he the same as those in force regarding Civil Presoners, and that the civil Rules speicified within might be extended to cases when Native Soldiers are confirned in Mily Prisons OP returned.
