Sanctioning compliance with the application of the officers comg. the 5th Regt. N.I. to be furnished with brass mountings for the Bayonet secabbards of his Regt. according to the establixshed pattern in substitution of those supplied at the expense of the Regt. in 1843 as recomended by them in their lr. no. 193 of the 9th instant.
