With reference to G G O no 498 of the 9th October 1850 forwarding extt. paras 8 to 10 of a Mily Le. from the ct of Drs. to the Govr. of Bengal No 48 dt. 25th April 1851 with a request that the C in C may be moved to issue also calculate to meet the wishes of the Honable Court and offering suggestions for carrying them out.
