Intimating in reply to despatch no. 1205 of the 2nd ult. for the finformation of the Rt. Honble the Govr. in cauncil that the G. O.G.G. no. 150 of the 9th may 1845 is not applicable to the cases of ofrs. reqeiring to proceed beyond the limits of the presy. to which they belong and who on such occasions can under a long estatlished rule.
