With reference to letter coll. for has letter of the 3rd novr. last and to one from this despatch of the 3rd may 1847 forwarding 20th stars of the 20class of the order of british india and 20 pieces of ribber with buckles attached and requests that the aeconpaning bill for the value and cast of preparing the stars in question may be passed for payment the muster stars and master.
