Submitting copies of letter addresed to Bombay and Madras and to the adjt Genl of the army announcing the intended on the 8th april of the Govr Genl and directing all communication to be addresed letters from army Head quarters requiring immediate attention may be addressed to wait the arrival of his Lordship at Allahabad meerut or Sekarumpore.
