Submits an original letter from Bt Lieutt coll J F lave C B of the 5th Battalion artillery stating that the Packet containing has copy of the 6 lates of the captured Sickh Guns and inserptions never reached hin and that it appears there package was carried off by the enemy on the 21st November 1848.
