Submits copy letter from the commanding engineer ata mooltan reporting the injury caused to the fort of mooltan by at flood and state that they have called upon that officer for information of the state of that part of the lacis work the mines correspondence and for more detailed information in regard in the nature and despatch of the foundation of the walls of the nain fort.
