Board letter no 199 of 19th April last on the subject of the specimen Hupar Bits tested at Umballah and found to be utterly unfit for service and directing that no Bits for the mounted branches should be hereafter made up in Calcutta forwards original despatch from the mily Board no 504 of 9th June unlimiting.
