With reference to Foreign. deptt. Extt. No.3103 dt.3rd septr.1852 fixing the rate for compensation in lieu of clothing to the Punjab Irrgr. Force as per corps of the bine at Rs.3-6-6 per sepoy and directing that this force should submit bills in conformity to the clothing.
