With advertence to mily. detp. lt.r no. 589 of the 20th Inst. submits to his reprot in refernce to teh case of availbe Pooran Sign 49th n.i. whjo was wounded as a sepoy but is to be invalid from the rank of havildar that the rate of woudn pension is to be detemiend accoridn to the rank in whihc the injury was received.
