Ltr. no. 752 of 20th inst. reprots the grudn on whihc the provisions of a G.G.A. of Dec. 1829 were considered in applicable to a detachemnt f teh 18 royal rirish under Liut. Willington and submits copy of his ltr. to the addres of the pay master quen troop relaive to Liut. Coll. grattans claism to command Allownce while in charge of teh above detchment.
