Submits for consideration the C. in Chefefs suggestion for the coneclment of the G.O.P.C. no. 90 of 4th feb. 1851 directing that the commissariat estabt. enteratined for the issue of Rum to detachts. of H.M's and the H.Cost service should be paid out of the profits on the sale of the spirit and the cost of such estabt. be charged to the detacht. to which they are attached as rum is nolonger supplied by the commist. at the reduced rat at which it was furnished when that order was issued.
