Forwrding extract paras 8 of a mily leter from the court of drs. no. 96 of 31st octoebr 1849 desiring that the duties of stud committees on horses presented for examinatino may eb conducted with more regualtity and intelligence than in the instance referred to and that the reports shall contian ample informatin upon the grounds upon which each horse has been rejected.
